Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened e-liquid or used disposable vape products. Unopened, sealed products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@jerrysvape.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not ship items back without authorization.
